92 points – Gary Walsh at The Wine Front
The Sangiovese for our 2018 rosé was harvested from the Mayfield vineyard in the Sellicks Foothills sub region of McLaren Vale on March 7. It was crushed and left on skins for 4 hours before it was basket pressed and fermented cool in tanks with wild and cultured yeast.
It was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
