92 Points - "Easily the best McLaren Vale Pinot Gris I've ever had..." Andrew Graham, www.ozwinereview.com.au

From the Blewitt Springs sub region of McLaren Vale. Sadly these vines were ripped out and replanted with another variety after harvest, making this the last Pinot Gris we'll ever make from this vineyard.

4 hours of skin contact, fermented with 30% solids, then put to old French hogsheads (300L) with lees. Bottled without fining or filtering, consequently the wine remains slightly cloudy.

A wine picked early enough to retain it's freshness and vibrancy, but we've worked hard to build texture and complexity into it to make this an interesting and delicious drink. 100 dozen produced.
