2018 Dodgy Bros ‘Sellicks Foothills’ Shiraz: didn’t do an Old Vine Shiraz this year, so this wine has benefited. Normal processing on this one: old oak, crushed and destemmed, etc. Aromatics on this one are pretty crazy – very happy with how this has turned out. Reckon this is pretty solid value drinking. From the Whites Valley and Dry Creek vineyards in the Sellicks Foothills sub region of McLaren Vale. Delivers all the hallmarks of McLaren Vale Shiraz; juicy, concentrated, fruit driven and delicious. 17% large format new oak.
