The Sangiovese for our 2019 rosé was harvested from the Mayfield vineyard in the Sellicks Foothills sub region of McLaren Vale. It was crushed and left on skins for 4 hours before being basket pressed and fermented cool in tanks with wild and cultured yeast.
This wine was designed to be clean, fresh and gluggable!
