From the Shirvington vineyard on Strout rd. and harvested on the 22nd of February. Young Shiraz vines picked early and fermented on solids in two lots and racked to both tank and old hogsheads. Cold settled, with no adds and no filtration. Artwork by Adam Harriden – ‘Once Upon a Summer’.
